The space between each shelf is approximately 4 3/4 inches, so I would recommend that your jars should be no more than 4 inches high because you will probably have to angle them to pull them out and in. Ok so I didn't find any customer reviews for the twisted wall mounted spice rack but I still think it's pretty cool. I really like how this one looks and after reading the description it seems that it holds standard spice jars and that it can hold at most 5 jars per shelf. Because this rack is made out of steel that also makes it durable for hanging on a wall. I think it looks very sharp and can be an eye popper for any kitchen.
